INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXPORTING YOUR CLASS GRADES FROM THE
"CLASSROLL" PROGRAM TO AN EXCEL DOCUMENT (to attach to an email for
public posting of your grades)
NOTE: This will be necessary only until the Classroll Parent/Student Login function is activated.
1. Login to the Classroll program.
2. Click one class (you must do just one class at a time).
3. In Class Menu click
"Gradebook" ---
"View"
4. Choose "display by" > "Student I.D."
5. Click and drag to highlight all boxes (tables) and copy what you have highlighted.
6. Open Excel and paste what you copied. Save this Excel file with the name of the class, in a folder that you can easily find later.
7. Attach this saved file to an email to me: sherjudd@gmail.com or sjudd@harrisonschools.com
In the body of the email include the following information:
~ Class name and class period
~ Teacher Web requires different Student I.D.'s for each student. Use the
students' Classroll school I.D., book numbers, make them up yourself, whatever works for
you, but I.D.'s, are required.
If a student is in two or more of your
classes, different I.D.'s are needed for that student for each class.
We will put a letter after their ID that suggests what hour they have
your classes. 1st-A, 2nd-B, 3rd-C, etc. Just tell us in your email
which students you have in more than one class and which hours you have those
students. This is not necessary for other students.
