National Geographic Atlas -- for mapmaking; countries or continents, with or without labels.  Very easy to navigate.

World Map: Good for basic country info.

PCL Map Collections -- wide variety of continent or country maps from U. of Texas; all have labels

Education Place - continental outline maps; with or without labels

Map Digger - weather, road, nautical, historical, and aviation maps

Quick Maps - for country maps and more; continents are without labels, but the countries are labeled and colors are available
