Your portfolio must be in a three ring binder.  It must be neat and contain a typed table of contents, with a title, and be in the order listed below.  (This handout must be on the top of your portfolio, but it does NOT count as a table of contents.)  It must also have labeled dividers that extend past the pages contained within the portfolio so that each section is easily identified/found. (30pts.)  

It must be set up in the following manner: 

 *Class notes are those taken by you during mini-lessons or lectures.  (The more the better…)

*Handouts include anything I have given you to help you learn a subject or about a project.

*Rough Drafts, peer edits, and revisions do not need to be included.

*Research notes are those handwritten notes you made while researching for your persuasive essay, or those pages you copied or printed that INCLUDE your handwritten notes on them or are highlighted to identify important parts.

You will be graded on following directions, neatness, and completeness.  This assignment is worth 100 points.
